Are the tickets per person or per van?

One ticket Per Person.


What should I bring? Is there running water?

Yes this year there will be potable water on site. Bring food, warm layers, kitchen supplies, camping supplies, sunscreen, and bring funds for the raffle tickets (no form of electronic payment).


Is Delasyncro open to all vehicles?

Technically Delasyncro is for Vanagon Syncros, but we do allow other 4x4 vans and 2WD Vanagons or VW Buses. Other vehicles could be allowed upon request. Email you request to info@delasyncro.com


How much are raffle tickets?

$5 per ticket or $20 for Jay’s arm length! Bring funds (no form of electronic payment).


How many raffle tickets can I buy?

No limits, the more you buy the better chance you have of winning that prize you’re after! All proceeds support the event.


Will there be Dela swag for sale?

Yes! We will have shirts and stickers for sale.


Will there be a Potluck?

Yes! The DeLaSyncro crew will be providing a main dish, most likely something off the BBQ and a meat alternative. If you would like to participate, please bring something based on your last name for a category so we have some variety:

A to I - Bring salads, appetizers and bread

J to S - Bring proteins, sides, or vegetables

T to Z - Bring desserts


What is the schedule for events?

Please refer to the schedule page for details.


When is the main trail drive?

We usually have our main trail drive Saturday morning. We typically have a driver’s meeting at 10am to discuss the route. There may be other smaller drives on Friday afternoon or Sunday morning.


What should I NOT bring?

hard drugs, bad attitudes, firewood if there is a fire ban


Where do I poop?

Porta jon’s on site near the camping area.


Are there showers?

Yes there will be outdoor showers provided.


Is there shore power?

No shore power available for vans, expect the campsite to be fairly basic. Bring solar or extra portable battery chargers to recharge phones, cameras, devices.


Are there bears?

We are in bear country! Please be bear aware as there are bears in the region. Bringing bear spray as a safety measure is always a good idea. Make sure all food is secure inside your vanagon, do not leave food/garbage outside or in a Trasharoo, they will be attracted to the scents. Are dogs allowed?

Yes dogs are allowed this year! Please keep dogs on leash as we are in bear country.


Is there a Swap Meet?

There isn’t an official area for a swap meet this year, but if you’d like to lay out parts/accessories on a tarp outside your van that should be fine at the event.


Is registration limited?

Yes this year the event is limited to 40 vans it is best not to wait on getting your tickets now.


Are there “In and Out” privileges?

Yes you can come and go freely but please be respectful of your camping neightbours and keep road noise to a minimum after dusk.
